Zadak Spark RGB DDR4 4133 MHz 4 x 8 GB
The RGB AllSpark that will transform your system?
Today we are looking at Zadak Spark RGB DDR4 32 GB 4133 MHz CL19 memory. It’s the first kit from this Taiwanese manufacturer that we received. Zadak is a high-end, custom water-cooled PC brand founded by a group of designers, modders, and engineers in the autumn of 2015 and, simply speaking, it’s a more premium variant of Apacer, whose memory (Panther Rage RGB) we already reviewed on guru3d. SPARK RGB DDR4 modules are available in kits ranging from 16GB (2x8GB) up to 64GB (4x16GB) with the top-end options running at 4133MHz. We’ve received a kit of 4x 8GB 4133 DDR4 modules, which does seem impressive at first glance. You should also remember that this kit has Dynamic Multi-Zone RGB lightning. There are no heatsink color variants to choose from, and the only one available is a mix of silver and black. Judging by the manufacturer’s photos, this RAM seems very elegant and sleek. We’ll see later how this impression holds up in reality. The kit of 4 x 8 GB would be a good solution for quad-channel platforms, but we have a Z390 based motherboard/CPU in our test system, so only dual-channel will be applicable here. DDR4 4133 C19-21-21-42 1.4V is the fastest version available, the crème de la crème of the series.
This RGB is compatible with:
- Asus Aura
- Asrock Polychrome Sync
- MSI Mystic Light Sync
- Razer Chroma
The kit that we’ve received is the fastest one in the Zadak Spark RGB series, but we are (traditionally) still going to try to squeeze something more out of it. You can always stay on the safe side and stick to the advertised frequency and latencies, using the Intel XMP 2.0 memory profile. The ram is optimized for Intel 100/200/300 series motherboards and is AMD Ryzen ready as well. The MSRP for this kit is USD$159.99 (8GBx2 3200MHz). Next page, please.
